- There is an Annual General Meeting, held in the UK, usually every Easter
at which annual reports of the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer are heard.
This meeting also sets the membership subscription rates for the year.
- The Society's subscription year runs from May to April. This is to coincide
with the timing of the AGM.
